Effective Way To Control Your Acne!

GOOD AFTERNOON!!!
How is everyone's day going? I am So loving this weather down in San Francisco!

So for today's blog, I did a video on my secret to maintain my clear skin! As well as the Korean Glossy Makeup look.

~Enjoy the Video~

Here is MY review on the Medi Medi Actyl Pack. I believe this does work, I had this one pimple IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FOREHEAD a week ago and I tried popping it... which was a bad idea because it was ready yet so it made it worse. I became really red and big and IT HURTS. so I applied the Medi Medi Acytl Pack 3 times a week and the redness disappeared and the pimple is gone. I still have a scar from trying to pop the pimple when it was still fresh... but beside that I think this product worked for me!

Texture: It is a bit dry, because its sort of like a clay mask. Its quite refreshing when applying it on & when you rinse off my skin was SUPER soft!

Price: $21 The price is quite reasonable. I believe that if a product actually works than the price should be reasonable. I dislike purchasing SUPER expensive products when I don't even see any results, it would be a waste of my money..

[review] Missha Mist for Dry Skin!

What is up with my skin!
Hi everyone =] So lately my skin has been super dry... I think its because of my allergies and the weather T__T Even after I apply my skin care product it would get dry in the middle of the day. So I decided to try some of Sune's products. I decided to try the mist, Sune has different products of Missha's mist.
Heres My Review on these Mist
( I used them at work once every couple hours or when I feel that my face is getting dry)

Okay First we have the Honey Spray Mask

So the Honey Spray mask is a jelly type spray, but once you spray it, it turns to liquid. I think that was quite cool haha
Honey is suppose to hydrate your dry skin, its super effective as well. What I like about this is that it really hydrated my skin, and the scent was not too bad. It smelled like honey (obviously)
One thing I didn't like about it is that it is lightly sticky JUST  LIGHTLY

This one here is the Missha's Super Aqua Mist. It comes in either the Bergamot Scent or the Lavender. I absolutely LOVE the Bergamot because it smells soooo nice. I feel very relaxed and refresh with this one. I also tried the Lavender but as for my opinion I didnt really like the scent of it. BUT THAT IS JUST ME!

So this is the after picture. ( please excuse my funny face) My skin felt really refreshed and I loved IT!!

LAST WE HAVE ......

Last we have the Missha Time Revolution Mist. I have to say that this was not my favorite. I like how it is quite hydrating for my skin but the smell was not as nice as the other 3. I wouldn't say that it smells nice... but there are some people who are allergic to fragrance so this would be perfect for them, but as for me I like my mist to smell nice.

Final Conclusion

So lets discuss about these products. I really like the honey and the Bergamot mist. They are both soothing & hydrating for your skin.

Scent: Like I said earlier, I love the Bergamot scent and the Honey. If I were to choose between these two I would choose bergamot. That one would be my favorite. I did not like the Lavender nor the Time revolution scent.

Travel?
Any of these mist can fit in your purse except for the Missha Time Revolution. That one is a little bit too big to carry. The Bergamot & Lavender are the perfect size for your bag.

Price:
 1. Bergamot & Lavender - $ 12
I think this is a decent price for the mist. It works well and you can bring it with you anywhere.  It is 50 ml.
Pro: Reasonable price, smells nice,

2. Honey Spray Mist - $15.99
Not a bad price for a jelly type product. It is 100 ml

3. Missha Time Revolution Mist- $35
My opinion... I do not think I will buy this bc I dont like the scent. Its a big size so its good to use at home.  But I do recommend this for people who do not like scented products.

[Know what Toner & Moisturizer to use for your Skin]

Hi Everyone! Joyce here to talk about What Toner & Moisturizer to use for your skin!

First thing, what is the benefit of using a toner? - When you cleanse your face and your skin is still a bit oily afterwards? Want to tighten your skin & pores a bit? Well using a toner can help solve all that problem. The only problem is what kind of toner should you use?

There are people with Dry Skin, Oily Skin & Combination Skin. So what are some products that we can use ?

Toners: There are the liquid toner & a jelly type toner.
This one here is a liquid type Toner. It is more suitable for people with combination - oily skin because some of these toner can dry out the skin, especially if you already have dry skin. If you have dry skin and you use this type of toner, make sure to apply a heavy type cream to keep your skin hydrated.

This toner here is a jelly type. As you can see its a lot thicker than the toner in the picture above. This toner is more suitable for people with dry skin because they wont have to worry about the toner drying up their skin after they cleanse there face. I actually prefer the jelly type toner because I have dry skin myself. So when I apply the liquid one I don't feel that my skin is hydrated enough, but I can feel that my skin is tightening up. The jelly toner makes my skin feel really moist and soft after applying it on.

People with DRY SKIN!!
If you have super dry skin I would recommend you to apply this product on after applying on your toner.
 Why??
- Well, this product is an oil type moisturizer. The fact that it is made out of honey is even better because honey one ingredient that helps hydrate the skin! Like I said some toners can dry out the skin but if you apply an oil type product on after the toner that should do the trick. What I like about this product is that you don't feel oily at all, it just seeps in the skin and you can feel your skin soften up and hydrated instantly.
** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH OILY SKIN! **
oil + oil = MORE OIL! not what you want.

What type of moisturizer should I use?
So After applying your skin care set you must apply a type of moisturizer! There are a lot of moisturizer to use but which one is the best for my skin?
There many types of moisturizer like cream, yogurt, jelly and even liquid.
Here we have the ElishaCoy Aqua Pudding Cream. I absolutely love this cream because I Feel that it is SUPER hydrating. What is good about this moisturizer is that its not oily so people who have Combination skin can use this product as well. For people who have oily skin, when after applying toner it can dry out your skin, so this cream is suitable to use at night only, if you use in the morning you can get more oily throughout the day.

This one here is another ElishaCoy product but what is different about this is that its a gel type moisturizer. It is oil free so this is best used for people who have oily skin. It has a light texture and gets absorbed in your skin very quickly. People who have sensitive skin can use this cream as well. Since this is a gel type, I would recommend this for people who have combination- oily skin. It will be okay to use this in the morning because of its light texture it and it is oil free, it wont cause your face to become more oily throughout the day. As for dry skin, I feel that it is a bit light for people who have dry skin.

These two cream here are a bit more heavy, it is more suitable for people with dry skin. I have super dry skin, so any type of cream that is a bit heavy is perfect for me because it feels more moist and hydrated than using a gel type product.

Oil Skin Please stay away from cream like these because although it is hydrating it will cause you to produce more oil especially in the morning when your more active. At night time it should be alright but I still would not recommend people with oily skin to use these cream products.

Last Moisturizer is the Yogurt type! This is actually suitable for people for all skin type. This type of moisturizer is in between light and heavy which is suitable for oily skin and dry skin. Some people with dry skin prefer using this at night because they don't like the thickness of cream because it feels sticky to them when they sleep. This is also good to use in the morning as well since its a light texture it wont cause much oil throughout the day.
