Effective Way To Control Your Acne!

GOOD AFTERNOON!!!
How is everyone's day going? I am So loving this weather down in San Francisco!

So for today's blog, I did a video on my secret to maintain my clear skin! As well as the Korean Glossy Makeup look.

~Enjoy the Video~

Here is MY review on the Medi Medi Actyl Pack. I believe this does work, I had this one pimple IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FOREHEAD a week ago and I tried popping it... which was a bad idea because it was ready yet so it made it worse. I became really red and big and IT HURTS. so I applied the Medi Medi Acytl Pack 3 times a week and the redness disappeared and the pimple is gone. I still have a scar from trying to pop the pimple when it was still fresh... but beside that I think this product worked for me!

Texture: It is a bit dry, because its sort of like a clay mask. Its quite refreshing when applying it on & when you rinse off my skin was SUPER soft!

Price: $21 The price is quite reasonable. I believe that if a product actually works than the price should be reasonable. I dislike purchasing SUPER expensive products when I don't even see any results, it would be a waste of my money..

[review] Missha Mist for Dry Skin!

What is up with my skin!
Hi everyone =] So lately my skin has been super dry... I think its because of my allergies and the weather T__T Even after I apply my skin care product it would get dry in the middle of the day. So I decided to try some of Sune's products. I decided to try the mist, Sune has different products of Missha's mist.
Heres My Review on these Mist
( I used them at work once every couple hours or when I feel that my face is getting dry)

Okay First we have the Honey Spray Mask

So the Honey Spray mask is a jelly type spray, but once you spray it, it turns to liquid. I think that was quite cool haha
Honey is suppose to hydrate your dry skin, its super effective as well. What I like about this is that it really hydrated my skin, and the scent was not too bad. It smelled like honey (obviously)
One thing I didn't like about it is that it is lightly sticky JUST  LIGHTLY

This one here is the Missha's Super Aqua Mist. It comes in either the Bergamot Scent or the Lavender. I absolutely LOVE the Bergamot because it smells soooo nice. I feel very relaxed and refresh with this one. I also tried the Lavender but as for my opinion I didnt really like the scent of it. BUT THAT IS JUST ME!

So this is the after picture. ( please excuse my funny face) My skin felt really refreshed and I loved IT!!

LAST WE HAVE ......

Last we have the Missha Time Revolution Mist. I have to say that this was not my favorite. I like how it is quite hydrating for my skin but the smell was not as nice as the other 3. I wouldn't say that it smells nice... but there are some people who are allergic to fragrance so this would be perfect for them, but as for me I like my mist to smell nice.

Final Conclusion

So lets discuss about these products. I really like the honey and the Bergamot mist. They are both soothing & hydrating for your skin.

Scent: Like I said earlier, I love the Bergamot scent and the Honey. If I were to choose between these two I would choose bergamot. That one would be my favorite. I did not like the Lavender nor the Time revolution scent.

Travel?
Any of these mist can fit in your purse except for the Missha Time Revolution. That one is a little bit too big to carry. The Bergamot & Lavender are the perfect size for your bag.

Price:
 1. Bergamot & Lavender - $ 12
I think this is a decent price for the mist. It works well and you can bring it with you anywhere.  It is 50 ml.
Pro: Reasonable price, smells nice,

2. Honey Spray Mist - $15.99
Not a bad price for a jelly type product. It is 100 ml

3. Missha Time Revolution Mist- $35
My opinion... I do not think I will buy this bc I dont like the scent. Its a big size so its good to use at home.  But I do recommend this for people who do not like scented products.

[Know what Toner & Moisturizer to use for your Skin]

Hi Everyone! Joyce here to talk about What Toner & Moisturizer to use for your skin!

First thing, what is the benefit of using a toner? - When you cleanse your face and your skin is still a bit oily afterwards? Want to tighten your skin & pores a bit? Well using a toner can help solve all that problem. The only problem is what kind of toner should you use?

There are people with Dry Skin, Oily Skin & Combination Skin. So what are some products that we can use ?

Toners: There are the liquid toner & a jelly type toner.
This one here is a liquid type Toner. It is more suitable for people with combination - oily skin because some of these toner can dry out the skin, especially if you already have dry skin. If you have dry skin and you use this type of toner, make sure to apply a heavy type cream to keep your skin hydrated.

This toner here is a jelly type. As you can see its a lot thicker than the toner in the picture above. This toner is more suitable for people with dry skin because they wont have to worry about the toner drying up their skin after they cleanse there face. I actually prefer the jelly type toner because I have dry skin myself. So when I apply the liquid one I don't feel that my skin is hydrated enough, but I can feel that my skin is tightening up. The jelly toner makes my skin feel really moist and soft after applying it on.

People with DRY SKIN!!
If you have super dry skin I would recommend you to apply this product on after applying on your toner.
 Why??
- Well, this product is an oil type moisturizer. The fact that it is made out of honey is even better because honey one ingredient that helps hydrate the skin! Like I said some toners can dry out the skin but if you apply an oil type product on after the toner that should do the trick. What I like about this product is that you don't feel oily at all, it just seeps in the skin and you can feel your skin soften up and hydrated instantly.
** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH OILY SKIN! **
oil + oil = MORE OIL! not what you want.

What type of moisturizer should I use?
So After applying your skin care set you must apply a type of moisturizer! There are a lot of moisturizer to use but which one is the best for my skin?
There many types of moisturizer like cream, yogurt, jelly and even liquid.
Here we have the ElishaCoy Aqua Pudding Cream. I absolutely love this cream because I Feel that it is SUPER hydrating. What is good about this moisturizer is that its not oily so people who have Combination skin can use this product as well. For people who have oily skin, when after applying toner it can dry out your skin, so this cream is suitable to use at night only, if you use in the morning you can get more oily throughout the day.

This one here is another ElishaCoy product but what is different about this is that its a gel type moisturizer. It is oil free so this is best used for people who have oily skin. It has a light texture and gets absorbed in your skin very quickly. People who have sensitive skin can use this cream as well. Since this is a gel type, I would recommend this for people who have combination- oily skin. It will be okay to use this in the morning because of its light texture it and it is oil free, it wont cause your face to become more oily throughout the day. As for dry skin, I feel that it is a bit light for people who have dry skin.

These two cream here are a bit more heavy, it is more suitable for people with dry skin. I have super dry skin, so any type of cream that is a bit heavy is perfect for me because it feels more moist and hydrated than using a gel type product.

Oil Skin Please stay away from cream like these because although it is hydrating it will cause you to produce more oil especially in the morning when your more active. At night time it should be alright but I still would not recommend people with oily skin to use these cream products.

Last Moisturizer is the Yogurt type! This is actually suitable for people for all skin type. This type of moisturizer is in between light and heavy which is suitable for oily skin and dry skin. Some people with dry skin prefer using this at night because they don't like the thickness of cream because it feels sticky to them when they sleep. This is also good to use in the morning as well since its a light texture it wont cause much oil throughout the day.

 CONCLUSION:

Review: ElishaCoy Spa Massage Cream

Hey everyone Joyce here! So today I will be doing a review on the ElishaCoy spa massage cold cream. I recently purchased this product from a store called Sune. Anyways I used this product for about 2 weeks now and I totally love it!

The ElishaCoy Cold cream comes in a BIG brown container full of the cream. It smells really good and this can be used as a makeup remover or a massage cream. On today's blog I will use it as a
makeup remover but I normally use this as a massage cream.

ElishaCoy Products are all organic. When I saw this product it caught my eye quick because of its packaging and the price! This cost me $18 USD, I think it is totally worth it! It says it is 200g and I think this will last me a long long time.

Here is a picture of the different eyeliner I used on my hand. I know there is a lot of eyeliner that is super hard to remove and I had to test this out before purchasing it haha. I normally use waterproof liquid eyeliner but as you can see this cold cream can remove all three of these stubborn eyeliners. I have to say that this product removes waterproof makeup really well!

I actually only applied on some bb cream and lipstick in this picture. I used a water base makeup remover to remove some of the makeup first because in the beginning I actually wanted to do a review on the cold cream as a massage cream not a makeup remover.

As you can see in this picture, there are still a lot of my makeup from my face even though I used a makeup remover first! It is kind of gross,  I know but it shows that this cold cream can remove your foundation/ bb cream even after you thought you already removed all your foundation by using a makeup remover.

I usually just rub it all over my face and let it sit there for about 5 min before
I use a napkin and remove the cream. After I remove the cream I rinse my face
with warm water and just clean my face with a towel.

The result is AMAZING!!! I love how my skin feels afterwards because it is SUPER SUPER soft! Your skin feels really nice and clean after using this product. I would definitely recommend you to try this product! The price for this product is decent and I like how you can use it as a makeup remover or a massage cream. I got to say I didn't waste money on this product =]

 Texture:
The texture of this cream is very smooth, and creamy. Your skin feels really nice after you wash it off. I would recommend you to leave it on your face for at least 20 min if you are using it as a massage cream.

Scent:
The scent is AMAZING! It has a sweet soothing smell that makes you relax when you apply it on your skin.

Price:
Like I mentioned earlier, the price for this product is totally worth it. It contains a lot of cream and the price is affordable. I would think it would cost me about $30 like this other cold cream I was interested in, but this one only cost me $18 so I compare to the other massage cream this is totally worth it. Plus it is organic which I really really like ^__^

Review: Lioele Lipsticks

Hey Hey Everyone! Joyce is here today to do a review on the Lioele Lipsticks both Matte & Dollish. This is a follow up on my last post about these lipsticks. You can see the rest of the colors on the previous post.
 http://deityofbeauty.blogspot.com/2014/04/lipsticks-love-pink-or-want-to-try.html

Okay! Out of those colors I chose my favorite 3. One from Dollish line and two from the Matte line.

This one here is from the dollish line, it is called Nudy Pink. I really love this color because its a mixture of nude and pink. Haha obviously right? because its name is nudy pink! But why I like it, is because it goes on smoothly and is pigmented. The color really shows on your lips. I did try other colors which is on the link above, but this is my favorite out of all of them. I am a big fan of NUDE lipstick but sometimes they just look kind of pale on my lips but with a hint of pink it makes everything look better =]

Here is a picture of me wearing the Nudy Pink. It gives a soft cutie look which is perfect for your summer makeup or a sweet date with your partner. I actually purchased this lipstick because I was in love with it.

Texture:
The texture of this lipstick is soft, not dry. It stays on for a long time. Goes on your lip quite smoothly, but like all lipstick if you have dry lip it will show your dry skin so make sure to apply some moisturizer on your lips before applying.

Scent:
Hmm... The smell of this lipstick is quite sweet. I hate those drug store lipstick that smells like plastic... so I really like this one

Package:
Okay maybe the package isn't a big deal but I mean it would be even better if the package of the product was cuter. Its plain but since its black it wont get dirty from my other makeup. So I guess it is okay since i don't really care about the  looks, as long as the color is pretty and pigmented.

Price:
Okay, I have to say this is a very very good deal! I got this for only $8 when it's original price was $17.50. I mean compare to other drug store brands like Revlon this lipstick is quite pricy if it wasn't on sale BUT I really do love the texture and the color of this. It gives me a sweet look so its worth it. Since I got it for $8 I cant complain haha. The sale is still going on but in store only !

------NEXT------

What I have here is the Matte line. The Lavender Purple and the Red. These colors are quite bold BUT I LOVE IT! Its perfect to wear on a girls night out or night time partying! Its sexy and fierce haha. I really do love the red one because the color is super super pigmented its so sexy. It kinda looks like the M.A.C Wonder Women Red lipstick. So Fierce *rawr* haha
Now lets talk a little about the lavender purple. I love this purple because its not too purple that makes me look like a im going to a Halloween party...-__-. There are some purple that is WAY to dark it just looks weird on me. The color of this purple is lighter and soft so it looks sweet yet sexy at the same time. This is the perfect color if you are going to a lounge, bar, or just a simple hanging out with the friends kind of night.

Here is a picture of me wearing the Red lipstick. Its bold and sexy and I would totally wear this if I'm going out with my girls. This would go well with your little black dress and if your having a girls night out. I think it will be a bit too much to wear on a daily basis so I will only wear this once in a while but its a good lipstick to keep just in case you want to be bold =]
Here is a picture of me wearing the Lavender Purple lipstick. As you can see its not TOO purple it kinda looks pink in this picture but it is purple haha. I like how it has a sweet soft look and I wouldn't mind wearing this on a daily basis. Its perfect for summer wear.

Texture:
Lets see.. How should I explain this. So this lipstick is Matte. The texture of this is a little dry just a tiny bit, but if you add some lip balm over your lips it will be fine. I really like how   pigmented the colors look on my lips.

  Scent:
Like I describe about the scent for the Dollish Lipstick. The Matte lipstick is exactly the same. They have the same sweet scent, none of those plastic smell.

Package:
The package is exactly the same as the Dollish lipstick. Only different is the name.

Price:
Again the price for this lipstick is AWESOME! I purchased the purple one for $8 because it was on sale. The reg price for this lipstick is $17.50, same thing as the Dollish lipstick. Totally worth it I would say for these lipstick because they last pretty long and smells nice.

Overall Result:
So the overall rating & result for this product I would give the Dollish lipstick 10/10 because I like the texture of it, the scent & of course the color. It looks really nice and moist on my lips. It doesn't feel dry. The Matte I would give it a 9/10 because it is a bit dry because it has a matte finish. I do like it a lot because it is really pigmented and the color stands out so much especially the red lipstick. Although I did not purchase the red I did get the purple because it was something unique and something I not have. I will actually consider in purchasing the red lipstick because it is still on sale. Rather get it now before the sale ends and its back to $17.50. The price for these lipstick are quite pricy but I am a sucker for Korean makeup and makeup in general!
